This course will teach you mindful tools to manage anxiety and depression. You will follow routines during the course and start learning how to change.
You will also do exercises to help you get to the root cause of your issues. And using everything you learn in the course, put together a Stay Well plan personalized to support you, help you minimize symptoms, and feel better and better.
We will go over strategies such as supplements microdosing VR meditation and spiritual practices. You’ll follow our upwardly improving plan to get and stay better to map out what your life will look like after the course. A coach will review it for you and give you online feedback.
In a special workshop, you will learn about strategies to rewire, including meditation and a positive neuroplasticity exercise to immerse yourself in positive memories long enough to “remember.”
