About the event

This class meets weekly and is designed to help members build self-awareness and inner resilience, as well as deepen inner connections. The class includes a weekly check-in with members, a Prompted Journaling segment, followed by a 20-minute Mindfulness Meditation session, and ending with our Schedule Joy assignment. The Zoom meeting link will be shared with members on Fridays via email and on the Geneva app. Learn more about the class here.
