About the event

Learn to better cope with symptoms and challenges in various aspects of your life especially around work and time management. Facilitated by educators who have lived experience or training in ADHD, the tools and strategies you will learn are evidence-based. 


Prior to the workshop you will get a series of questionnaires to complete and during the workshop, there will be group discussions, exercises, and role playing to enhance your learning. The workshop will meet online, with offline components and check-ins throughout.


This workshop will run two hours long and will be held Saturday and Sunday over three back-to-back weekends for a total of 12 hours. 


Create a helpful lifeplan to map out how you will design your life using the tools learned.


Get one 30-minute session at the end of the workshop to go over your lifeplan with an ADHD coach or a coach-therapist.
