About the event

Mindfulness meditation is a practice that can change the structure and function of the brain through relaxation. It has shown to be helpful for ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, everyday stress, and a long list of conditions relating to the brain.

This class is designed to help you practice mindfulness with us plus give you tips and tools to make it a habit that you take from the mat into your daily life as you type, wash dishes, walk, and go about your day. 

  • Prompted Journaling (10 minutes)
  • Mindful Topic (5 minutes)
  • Schedule Joy (5-10 minutes)
  • Meditation (20 minutes)
