Mindfulness Class Outline

Held on Sundays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm Pacific, the mindfulness class gives members their weekly dose of mindfulness plus time to set their intentions for the coming week.

Christine's journal prompts (questions) have a purpose—to help you come to your own insights. Answer the question of the week in your journal to start seeing yourself and your life differently.

Having something to look forward to feels good and boosts motivation. Every week, Christine shares a list of Joy activities for you to choose from and do within 7 days.

Mindfulness concepts such as active listening, neuroplasticity, and intentionality are tools that relieve stress and build self-mastery. Learn a new concept every week and how to apply it.

The 30-minute meditation practice is designed to retrain racing thoughts, calm the mind and body, and build concentration skills you'll find useful when you work and study.
