Lose it for good weight loss coaching

No one who is serious about losing weight for good still takes diet pills. And neither do we. Instead, we rely on proven strategies like better eating and new ideas like bio-hacking and neuropsychology.

What you’ll do

In this course, you will design a lifestyle change–yours. We’ll help you put together a plan to do it that might include Keto plus Intermittent Fasting, cooking with special herbs, walking after meals, journaling, and a monthly massage. We’ll teach you how to turn those into habits and gradually add to them, adjust them, and learn to fully integrate them into your life so that you can live the lifestyle you designed.

What we’ll do

Our go-to fitness strategies are walking, dancing, cycling, and yoga. You’ll be able to join us in Vurb classes and on apps to get these done at no additional cost.

Accountability built-in

Here’s your chance to hold yourself accountable! By running and walking with us on apps like the Nike Run app, the proof will be there on the leaderboards for all to see!

We’re going to take a guess and say that the reason you haven’t been able to keep up with your wellness commitments isn’t that you don’t care. And you’re not a flake with no willpower. We believe it’s because what you’re doing is only important to you. In our community, your coaches and fellow well-doers care about your progress and success.

A lot of the work we want to do gets scary along the way. When there are competing priorities like work, we all flake. If you don’t have to, don’t do your wellness goals alone. With support (and eyes watching), we all do better at this stuff.

Mindfulness is the “who-me-sweat?” approach to making changes that stick. We’ll teach it to you and show you how to build your perseverance muscle.
