Mindfulness Meditation
Sundays | 3:00 PM Pacific Standard
(4:00 pm during Daylight Saving Time)
This class is facilitated by Christine and meets on Zoom. At the moment, the class is only available to members who have a monthly Wellness Plan subscription. Please join early as the virtual doors close at the scheduled time.

Required supplies: A journal and pen for journaling plus your phone or calendaring device.
Suggested supplies: A meditation pillow and a cup of tea.
