We start with a month of habits tailored to what you want—like better sleep or more chill. After 30 days, we meet to review and fine-tune. Routine check-ins follow.
Using your assessments, I design workday structures that cut busywork and help you get more done. On average, 3–4 coaching sessions needed.
You’ll get a personalized wellbeing plan to help reduce symptoms. Weekly support plans are available for those who need more structure.

This work uses introvert-friendly assignments to stretch your comfort zone—like small talk or low-stakes events—with review and adjustments after each.

WHAT TO EXPECT
My coaching takes a similar path to the makeover shows you see on TV where the expert first observes then creates a plan based on the client's needs leaving them with instructions on how to keep it up. As an example, my wellness coaching works toward these objectives:
Start where your energy leaks—sleep, movement, food, or light.
With a walking goal and other steps, create a plan to maintain energy.
After we device a plan, we layer in Make It Stick tools: dopamine mapping, routine stacking, etc.
Stay in the loop and use strategies to navigate setbacks instead of giving up.
