What to Expect
Therapeutic Exercises
In addition to the yoga and mindfulness meditation classes we regularly offer, this workshop includes two special classes: dance and creative writing
Skills Training
Using mindfulness principles, you'll learn how to observe, track, and reform old habits so you can show up as your authentic self...because what we do, we become.
Coaching Assignments
In between classes, you will take nature walks and work on your life story--the past and the future using either journaling or screenwriting.

WE CAN'T WAIT TO LIVE
Waiting until we're healed to have fun, to live authentically, and act responsibly is a problem. Showing up that way, only perpetuates our suffering going.
THERE'S A PHYSICAL COMPONENT
This workshop includes and emphasizes movement (yoga, dance, and walking) for a reason. There is a physical component to healing that we must embrace. But I say, why make it dark and mournful. By infusing the right movement with joy, you heal on a deep level.
WE MUST SIT WITH IT
Running away from our negative experiences only strengthens them in our subconscious. In order to heal, not only must we release, it helps to share our stories. This workshop uses journaling and screenwriting as the vehicles through which to write and sit with our experiences. Then, during a one-on-one session with Christine, she will help you sit with your truth in a vulnerable informed way.
WE NEED TO FEEL HEARD
This is how transformations happen--by looking at the past honestly and taking ownership of the present.
WE MUST CHOOSE A NEW WAY
Your final exercise of this workshop will be to use what you've learned, plus the therapeutic lifestyle to design a new way forward. How will you respond when X happens? What will you do when confronted with Y? And how will you implement the 9-part lifestyle plan.
