Class Overview

With Christian Frazier as your instructor, you will learn mindfulness skills that help increase self-awareness, reduce negative response to triggers, improve your focus, memory, and personal interactions. Christian will often use role-playing and various interactive exercises to help you see these skills in action. You will get exercises to help you practice and integrate most of what you learn of you learn. > This class runs 30-45 minutes and is offered weekly. > This class is included in all membership plans. > One trial class per person.
